Purchased this jump box for a 7 year old and he loves it. It comes with 3 different height options from 12, 14, and 16 inches. He warms up with the 12 then transitions to the 14 before ending with the 16. This jump box is sturdy yet easy to move and transport. There is no assembly as it just came packaged in a box and the price was much better than others offering similar options.

Highly recommend! great quality and solid, stable. I have to return it though as it is too large and firm for my 5'4" frame as I got the medium size and it's too tall for hip thrusts. I actually chose this on the bad reviews as a few folks said it was more unstable and soft--but this is solid and firm to step up on, more forgiving than a metal or wooden box which I prefer--well made, it looks really good in person too. I would keep it if I had a home gym but I don't have room, so I have to get a smaller softer curved hip thrust block.

This box is exactly what I needed it to be. I am using it for 20 inch jumping, 20 inch step ups w dbs, and 18 inch Bulgarian squats & hip thrusts w dbs. I would have preferred a 18-20-24 box but couldn't find one. This box is well made. It isn't 100 percent sturdy, but for a cotton pressed filled interior, it is exactly what you should think it will be, so for jumping, I put it up against a wall.

This is the perfect size Plyo for my kids! The variable size is great for shifting workouts, the soft-sided box helps keep shins from getting scuffed up. It's weighty, so it stays put and don't worry about it tipping during use. The build quality is wonderful. It's design is colorful enough that my kids want to play (workout) and enjoy their time on it. A perfect, functional piece of equipment. I would consider the larger size if you need more platform or you have older kids (11+)

Very sturdy. Works well for step ups for me and my husband. I’m 155 and he’s around 230. Durable cover, cats have yet to damage it. They mostly just lay on it or parkour off of it lol

Not very stable. When you jump up on it, it wobbles a bit and does not feel secure. It is very light weight. Doesn’t feel safe for me.

I bought this to be able to do specific workout moves but have found it’s useful for more than that! It’s my resting spot, bench replacement (in some cases) and super confortable to use. It’s firm but still has a bit of give so it’s not hard on the body. I use this daily now!
