Good Quality Product
Worked well in my new favorite chocolate chip cookie (NY Times). The sugar arrived in good condition and was fresh. I grated it in a food processor. It left tiny pockets of caramel-like pieces in the cookies. Worth the wait of finding and ordering a new-to-me product.

You need the proper tool to grate this sugar.
I liked the flavor and the depth of the flavor. It added a different taste to my chocolate chip cookies. If you are looking for a different taste and don 't mind a little extra work to get your sugar, this item is for you!

Supposed to be 3 cones. There were only 2 and the wrapper was torn open. See photo. No returns allowed? Ripped off.

It’s real piloncillo
Delivery was great. Alas, the piloncillo was hard as a rock. Didn’t crumble one bit. I think this was made in the time of the Mayans. Just took a bit longer to melt. Flavor was delicious.
