Best sweetener on the market that isn't actual sugar. No weird aftertaste.
As a diabetic this is the closest product to the taste of sugar that I have found! No aftertaste. I have not used it in baking because I mostly just use it in my coffee in the mornings. It costs kind of a lot, so while I don't use it in baking because I don't do a lot of baking anymore, but it would be cost prohibitive for our family to use it that way. The sweetner mixes in really well with just a few stirs with a spoon. I like that my blood sugar doesn't spike when I use this product. I prefer this particular brand as it doesn't cause any side effects and there is no weird aftertaste. Although it does cost quite a bit, I find it is worth buying it to have coffee that tastes good to me. Good quality product. The bag it comes in is really thick and the zipper top is worth it's weight in gold.

OVERLY SWEET
VERY SWEET I found this, at least in my case, to be much sweeter than sugar. When I put it on my tongue by itself, it feels cold and I notice a little bit of an aftertaste. When I use it in baked goods, it made them come out so overly sweet they were almost inedible. I'm trying to figure out a way to salvage the pie I just made. As some other reviewers have noted, it darkens really fast and deep, so my pie ended up looking almost burned. I will probably cover my pie the next time I use this. Also, I will probably try half the amount that the recipe calls for. I don't care for super sweet things, and this was so over the top for me that I find it odd that other people have not mentioned that as much... at least, not in the reviews that I have read. The price was decent on this, and it will definitely last me quite a long time, especially if I am able to only use half of the amount that's called for in my recipes. I would recommend it, but I would definitely not call this a 1:1 substitution for sugar.

I’m diabetic,,,,, So
I’m diabetic but love this product to sweeten foods and have been using it for years. The erythritol can have a bit of an aftertaste and it can be a tad stomach unsettling in sweetening beverages, and although I’m not a big fan of Stevia due to its aftertaste, I HAVE FOUND that mixing equal parts of Stevia and the monkfruit elevates that! It dissolves easily, has decent texture and works equally as regular sugar in recipes or beverages. The only drawback I have seen is that using it in baking goods, it browns / darkens foods too easily& quickly. I purchased this as it was SO much more inexpensive than purchasing in the stores! It would easily be 1-1/2 to 2 times the price compared to Amazon , and 5lbs will last me a good while!!

good for canning
This has worked really well as a sugar substitute for canning fruit, jam and jelly. The pectin also makes a big difference - use Pomona's - no sugar needed at all. I also use this Monk Fruit in baking, works great there too.

Healthy, anti inflammatory sugar substitute
I started using monk fruit sugar years ago while attempting the keto diet due to it's zero glycemic index. I have grown to prefer this over sugar for its taste and health benefits. It's an antioxidant, has vit C, it doesn't cause cavities like regular sugar, doesn't cause me inflammation like regular sugar, zero carbs, zero calories and doesn't raise blood glucose. I use this in my coffee, baking, etc. It's a large upfront cost for the 5lb bag, but lasts me forever.

Disappointed that the erythritol is so tiny that I missed it. It's like they are hiding it. Won't buy again
