Great product! I haven’t taken it long but I feel I can tell a difference. It was recommended to me from someone that’s pregnant and gets cramps often and it seems to help them within minutes.

Caution the pills are a little big, so be careful while swallowing. That being said, I feel it does what it advertises, my energy production has improved & my muscle are relaxed. I've felt my health improve while taking this supplement in combination with the Thorne Vitamin D+K2, and Thorne Zinc.

I have heard that Thorne is the best vitamin brand. It’s hard to know, tho, isn’t it? I have been taking for a month now and have not been plagued by night leg cramps. I also take “Cramp Defense” tablets every night . This is high absorption and fast acting. No bad side effects from either, and my leg cramps/foot cramps have faded away quickly. Soo relieved !!! I’ve tried so many meds or drinks to get rid of them. I’m sure they are waiting for me to ease up on my supplements so they can move in again!

A Naturopathic Dr. recommend this product and brand several years ago and it works great if you have issues with irregularity (bowel movements). I take one before going to bed.
