This Ross D’Elen Green Menthol Relief is a thin light crème that absorbs well into the skin. It is very comparable to biofreeze and works similarly. It has a strong menthol smell at first that fades to more of a eucalyptus sent. The arnica provides a bit of numbing relief for your muscles. This also uses a hemp oil which is known for its calming effects. I am not sure that I felt any differences between this product and biofreeze. They both work well providing a cooling and numbing feeling. It is priced about the same as well. Works great for old achy muscles and post workout recoveries.

I found that this product did not offer a very intense hot or cold after effect on my skin aftert applying like other menthol muscle relief products. This hardly had any impact for skin sensitivity, however, I received great relief on my calf muscles and where I had over exercised my knee area. I was genuinely surprised at the absence of general pain after use. The odd applicator is ok, but i still ended up using my hands to massage in the product. I am very please with this product.

This stuff is really great. It has a good feeling on the skin and doesn't leave a 'wet" feeling after applied. It also smells nice. Will absolutely be reordering!

When I first read about this having natural ingredients and menthol I thought it might be a little cool, but it is very strong. It's quite cold after it's on your skin for a while. That's great. I have had a sore neck for over a week and although this didn't take away all the soreness, as soon as it started working I felt like I had a lot more mobility. My neck has felt like it's on the mend in the last few days. I wish it worked a little bit better, but it was much better than other arnica/natural creams that I've used before. I'm thankful it's animal-testing free and vegan.

i found this gel to work for cooling my skin down, which does get very overheated when i work outs i didn’t find that it performed as well as icey heat for aches and pains, but for immediate relief from heat, this works. i really like the little massager so i can give my muscles a mini treatment while applyingI received this product as part of the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest review.
