Fine tool.
Yeah, a very nice saw for the money. Served my purpose really well. The pole sections are plenty sturdy and the saw has some flex to it but I wouldn't characterize it as flimsy as others have said. The triple edge teeth allow a smooth back and forth cut. No need for unnecessary brute force. As another reviewer stated, it's all about technique. Also, I found no problem attaching the blade to the bracket as others reported. Instead of the supplied tools, I used a #2 Phillips screwdriver and a combination wrench to fasten the bolts and lock nuts for a tight solid grab. I'm happy with the saw's performance, I might not need it again for a while, but it'll be there if I do. If you're in the wood cutting business, get something with a motor.

Great lightweight workhorse that has held up for over a year of work.
I have used this since May 2024 to trim branches up to several inches thick and it saws through them like butter. For just maintenance trimming of tiny branches, this is the way to go. I only spent an hour between cutting and dragging branches to trim up a fairly good size tree today as a matter of fact. I have been cutting oak, crepe myrtles, eucalyptus trees and more and it hasn't dulled at all. The small hook s keep the saw on course and allow you to pull and direct limbs with the saw.

Just a saw on a long pole!
Ive had this for over 1 year now and yes, the blade is good. Good, not great. What I wish I knew, is that although it has the hook at the end of the blade and a hole on the other end of the blade, it does NOT come with a rope or have a pully or manual cutting ability. I started to give it only 3 stars, but you get what you pay for, and I should have spent the extra money for one that included a pulley. For me, it was kind of a waste of money since I have redwood branches that need trimming. But for trees with skinny branches or that easily break, I think it would be fine.

Love it so far.
Love how you can take it down and fit in a bag to carry with you instead of a telescopic pole that only gets so short. Seems to hold up well and blade is ok, not induction hardened teeth best I can tell. But I guess for the price it's good for moderate use.

Just Buy It
If your search for a tree pruner has led you to my review; from one Gardener to next, Just Buy It!. I won't tell you about ease of use (be warned if you extend over 20ft, it becomes a two person job.) What I will tell you is that you now have control over you tree line where you can finally transfer your dream of tree layering into reality. My best purchase from Amazon to-date.

Fabulous Pole Saw!
This pole saw exceeded my expectations. It assembles easily, is easy to take apart for storage, cuts well, and has a great reach. I had no problems using it. I am quite pleased with it. I would highly recommend it over other pole saws.

its light weight and it worked great
This pole saw worked great trimming large branches from a cedar tree.

Good quality for the price, but not compatible.
It is incompatible with regular thread handle tools. If you don't need to use it with other sticks, it is OK.
