I picked this up after seeing the movie, The Menu, and it is absolutely true. A smash burger (preferably a double smashburger) is one of the best things you can cook. Using this solid and comfortable spatula, I could easily smoosh the burger to the correct thickness, and it didn't stick if I had spritzed it with a little water or oil. It also flips easily, (although don't use it on a non-stick pan, you savage) Also remember, American cheese is the BEST cheese for a burger, because it doesn't break when it melts.

A sturdy well made bit of kit. Not the cheapest but lives up to the adage you get what you pay for. This spatula will be around when my burger flipping days are over. 🍔😁👍

Very good quality metal & exactly what I was hoping for. The only thing is it is very large and is more for a BBQ than a griddle. I took this as it was in the description as 'everyone brought this together with the griddle plate. If they did, I'm sure they wished they had not as it is hard to pick up items unless there is a large gape between them or you want to pick up a lot at the same time. Give it 5 as it is what it says but 3 for using in a griddle in the house on a cooker.
