The aluminum hard case with approved TSA lock was a joy to use. The configurable TSA lock was great once I figured out how to change the default "0-0-0". Note on the manufacturer's instructions: the button referred to in the instructions is on the INSIDE of the case, on the other side of the edge that has the TSA lock.The wheels are sleek and a breeze to walk around with. In addition, the built in coffee/cup holder was convenient as were the hooks on the side of the case. I didn't realize that I needed the wide handle until I had one. Genius!Lastly, the zipperless case felt secure and provided an added level of safety from others who would try to break into your case through the zipper. Great purchase overall.

i purchase the 20'/24' set but have not had the chance to use them yet. they look very pretty just like the pictures. the materials are pretty lightweight but not that sturdy. i doubt they'll be able to stay in one piece after one throw but we shall see about that.i really like the TSA approved combination lock on the luggage. now i won't have to worry about zippers being stuck. it was also easy to reset to a new code.i will come back for an update after a couple of months.

It rolls well. Easy to open and close with the zipper less function. And I love the soft close handle. Beautiful. Wish there were more colors

Love the cup holder feature, however it isn’t large enough to fit some cups, also feels like it would snap if I put a heavy bottle in it.Luggage material feels cheap, it is plastic feeling and definitely not aluminum as advertised. It is easily pushed in, which makes me hesitant to check in the bag.The wheels roll very quietly and smoothly which is nice. They lock pretty easily but that got annoying when my foot would hit it while walking and it’s like a complete halt when I’m in mid-stride.I love the wide handle and the adjustable heights. The handle is also made of plastic and feels like it will break if I ever have to check in the bag.I love that there is no zipper as well, have not reset the combo since I used it as a carry on.I love the space inside as well as the added storage.

What I loved most about the luggage was the outside material it would definitely protect all my things inside while traveling.

Poor quality after use. Luggage wheel bent while rolling with 40 lbs of weight.

Functionality, Durability, Size

Great suitcase, plenty of room and glides on the wheels over different terrain.. The only thing I would do for the next trip is to buy a luggage strap for it. If the latch fails/breaks there’s nothing to hold it closed.
