Solid little treadmill for walking
My wife wanted this for the basement so she can walk and not have it take up an entire room. This works great. The compact size is awesome. She uses it everyday and it has not given us any issues. The setup is basic and easy. Light weight enough you can easily move it and store it away when not in use. Sturdy enough for everyday as well. She definitely recommends this. As her brother has the same one and uses it everyday for about 30000 steps.

Not quite a Deerrun
I ordered a Deerun walking pad during the pre-holiday sales. They ended up sending me a Superun, but after contacting the company I was told it was the same machine, but a different branch that sells to other regions. I got an additional discount plus was told the warranty is the same. A little research made this sound like correct information. Overall I really like it and have been using it pretty regularly. When I started, I put chair backs around for balance to get use to it. I now just keep it in a spare bedroom near a wall. It slips under the bed nicely if I need the room. I did put a piece of plywood under it for balance on the carpet. It tells you time you walk, speed, calories burned and distance. The display is easy to read, and it matches up to the info on my watch really well. There is a code for an app on the front, but I haven’t taken the time to look at it as between the pad and my watch, it tells me what I want to know. Pros -Seems accurate -Nice to have something smaller to hop on and move, then be able to hide away. -Has a remote that you can turn off, on, pause and adjust speed. -It gradually slows down. -It’s fairly sturdy other than on carpet. -price Cons -it’s deck is smaller, so need to concentrate or a misstep (and even fall) could happen. -a safety clip would be nice for stopping if one loses balance -a rail would be nice for balance -it might be nice to have info (and a book/tablet stand) at a higher height so one isn’t looking down. -I think if you have a long stride, you may not like it. Overall, 3 months in, I’m happy with my purchase and am glad I got it. Long term, if I continue walking inside, I may think about a little bigger treadmill.

Use regularly and you will see results!
I have been using my walking pad for 5 months now and it has absolutely helped me with my weight loss journey. The walking pad is high quality, easy to use, feels sturdy when walking on and is super convenient to store under the bed or in a closet. Since I started using it regularly back in February 2025, as well as incorporating other work outs and a healthier diet, I have lost 22 pounds. It did take me a little bit to get used to the speeds, as my first use made me feel a little motion sick. But that feeling quickly went away and now I can read a book or watch a TV show while doing a light jog. If you're on the fence about getting one of these, don't be. Get one!! You will thank yourself.

The app is terrible provides no value, the physical product works.
This is branded as DeerRun - but is part of the broader PitPat product manufacturing org. While the physical walking pad works fine - the app provides zero value, because it consistently disconnects and loses all your tracking data. If you buy this product just count on tracking progress and maintaining speed manually (e.g. if you pause with the remote - it just resets everything back to zero including both speed and progress). I messaged support about the app connectivity (after a week of 24 hour lagged back and forth with India) - their advice to ensure the Bluetooth connectivity did not disconnect was to... 1. do not use any other apps while using the PitPat app (music, messaging, security authentication, etc.) 2. do not let your phone go into sleep / dark mode while using the app. I invested in a walking pad like this so I could more effectively multi-task and stay more active. If you are using the app - the SPAM and upsell experience is so messy on every initial login. My recommendation to other buyers is to 1. spend a bit more money on a more reliable product for your everyday use 2. ignore and set zero expectations for the app to support quick pauses and quick ramp ups or general tracking of speed, distance, etc.

Perfect to a small area!
I work from home and am used to cycling, running, general working out every day of the week. My work involves sitting at a computer for 8 hours a day. I got this treadmill so I could walk and keep my legs, hips, and core activated while working. I also bought a pair of automatic risers which raises my "desk" (a plastic conference table with foldable legs) to the proper height to use the treadmill and computer. When I don't need it it tucks neatly under the desk/table. Love it!!!

I purchased this for work and have worked up to about 10000 steps a day. Back trouble gone. Hip trouble gone. Very quiet and shock absorbing. Since my purchase, four colleagues purchased them as well. (If you’re wondering why the sudden surge in sales, you’re welcome). Good product, well made, happy purchase. Good investment in your health. If it were to last you a year, that about 0.40 cents a day.

Super quiet. I live in an apartment and people downstairs from me can’t hear it. Super sensitive. Takes me quite a bit of finagling the track so it won’t shimmy to one side while I’m walking, almost every time I use it. It’s level, I don’t move it around. It’s just finicky. Starts smelling like it’s going to overheat after about 30 minutes at 3mph. That’s where I call it a day. That said, for the price it’s excellent. I’ve had big treadmills before, they’re not practical in my apartment. Take too much space, are loud and shake the whole building. The walking pad has been great. I’ve had it for a year, almost daily use.

Received the product yesterday and it was packaged and shipped well. Only issue I had was the remote did not work at first, even after the troubleshooting video. But I sent an email off to the company and they answered quickly with another solution. If the tips in the video don't work try this. Make sure the walking pad is off. Hold down the start button on the remote and then power on the walking pad. This should hopefully sync up the remote with the unit. Worked for me! Already used the walking pad for a few hours and it works great, not too loud so it shouldn't bother anyone around you. Would definitely recommend this, especially if you can get it on sale.

Every time I try to walk on it, it’s trips my breaker. I’ve made sure to u plug everything else from that circuit and it still tripped it. Not sure if a surge protector would work
