Bought because I read somewhere it does not leave a taste. But according to pregnant wife, it tastes horrible. Size is just enough for 2-3 months. She said it is easy to swallow with water or juice.

These started off doing ok for me. But, they sometimes cause fishy burps, and occasional upset stomach now. I will note that I have a sensitive stomach, on occasion. So, your results could be different. I don't have too much trouble swallowing them. They're fairly large in size, similarly to most other omega 3 capsules I've seen or taken. A single serving size is 2 softgels, and equals a 1 month supply, for this product. I have found other brands, that require a single serving of 1 softgel. The double strength claim on this bottle, does require that you take 2 softgels in one serving, to get it. Judging by a few other brands I've taken, being double strength, is because you're taking 2 softgels, instead of 1. One other review mentions that the double strength claim is referring to another omega 3 product, from this brand. Though, I didn't check their other products. Either way, this claim seems a bit misleading to me.
