It Works
I took this as advised on the label and finished the bottle about two weeks ago. I did want to order more but needed the money for other things. I noticed on getting off the sofa about three days ago that I was doing that ooo aah thing that older people do. It was then that I realized I hadn't been doing that whilst taking the Turmeric. I just hadn't noticed that I wasn't stiff and achy and sore after sitting an hour or so. Odd that I only noticed when it all came back. I have just placed an order for another bottle and it looks like I shall always have to keep taking it. I did some research on Organic India turmeric and everything points to it being a very good product. Now I know it is!

Good product
These capsules save you the bother of having to juice fresh turmeric root...... Which by the way is horrible to get off your juicer..... Nearly ruined mine!!

I wouldn't be without it.
I've been taking Tumeric capsules for several months now. I can't say I feel any better or worse for taking it, but research has convinced me of its many health benefits and I certainly intend to keep using it,

Bought these, along with Vitamin D3, which when taken together are supposed to prevent Alzheimers disease, so the proof will be in the pudding some way into the future
