Q: What type of AC/DC adapter is used for this mirror?

Hi, thank you for your question. This mirror use a 12V 2A power supply adapter with 5.5x2.1mm output jack. What's the problem on your adapter? Please just contact us on Amazon or via email address which on the instruction. We will help you solve the problem.

Q: Does this mirror become a Night light when turned off? It has a little light coming out of the bulbs and we would like to have it turned off complete.

Thank you for your question. Since some customers reported that the light was not bright enough, we adjusted the current adaptability. However, due to the increase of the current, when the lights are turned off, the slightly bright lights can still be seen at night. But the lights are actually turned off. Q: What to do when Light goes out?

I would return it and see if the company will replace it. As long as the warranty period has not passed.
