My wife loves my vains after use!
Got this product to try and get stronger especially in my wrist as they get tired easily. So I'm trying to get my wrist strength back up so I can do things longer! They feel nice when I'm using it however they do bring some pain to my arms, as I haven't worked out these muscles! They it great in my hands and I'm sure this will help me last longer with activity's! My wife loves my vains after I use it so there's a bonus!

Works great!
I like the versatility of this tool a lot. You can adjust the difficulty to virtually any level. The grip is nice and has given me no issues. I think it's a good value as long as you already have a few smaller dumbbells or weights!

Screwing the pin in
I can tell it's made of high quality material. The only thing I didn't like, but maybe I don't know any better is that you had to stick the pin through and then screw a screw through it. But you can't get the screw as tight as you probably would want with more threads. Because of course you would need to pinch the other end to stop it from rotating. I tried I couldn't so I told my son not to do it over his feet. But anybody else reads this and you did it a different way. I had to put mine together with the pin so the nylon could connect to the bar. I will give it three until I realize the mistake I made or we use it for a while and it never does. Unscrew.

Worth it
Being in my 70's I find the ease of use great with great benefit. If it helps me just think what it will do for younger people. The company is great to deal with as well.
