Great product. No taste so you can mix it with any drink. Would have got 5 stars if they had included the correct size scoop and not have to guess half a scoop.

Creatine is good for you
The one down point is the measurement scoop. Directions say half a scoop but the scoop is big. Measuring half a scoop each day is a pain but I do it. Haven't noticed any side effects or any effects. No bad stomach and no bad taste even in plain water.
