Spinach powder in a vegetable capsule in a handy 1 month supply.
This review is for the Folate from Spinach | Natural Alternative to Folic Acid | 400 mcg | Contains 5-MTHF | Vegan | Made in The UK | 30 Capsules | by Together Health. I love that these capsules are just spinach in a cellulose case. A 2 year stable, 30 day supply of spinach (folate) in a small, plastic free pouch from a carbon neutral UK brand. Brilliant! At 27 pence each these are ok value but for a food first approach, a bag of spinach and a couple of oranges to aid absorption could be slightly less costly.
