Brought this for my son as he had a new laptop and wanted to do his home learning. His old laptop used to get very warm so we felt this would help. Have brought Trust Gaming products before a d my son loves the neon colours. This cooling matt did not disappoint. Very quiet when in use and has the ability to turn off different numbers of fans. Not sure how effective would be on powerfull gaming laptops but for shorter periods of time definately helps with my sons school work.

Laptop is still quite hot to touch, however it has not crashed the last couple of days due to heat.

this is a very quiet and cool laptop cooler, I gave a Nitro 7 gaming laptop and it was running hot so I ordered a cooler for it but it never got here so I done it again and still no delivery at this point I ordered this one just until I get the other thing,,,, BUT WOW I AM NOT SURE HOW BUT THIS IS COOL , yes I don't think I need the more expensive one with its clock and six fans,4 fans are just right..

I think that the platform could have been made a little stronger.

Bought this as a last minute gift for my husband and thought it would be rubbish but it's absolutely genius!!! It's amazing, works exactly how it should. My husband said the only thing he wishes it had was a retractable lead so he didn't have to wind it up after each use but he loves it!!!!

Matches my laptop. Works fine and the fans are amazingly quiet than I thought it would be.

It's just a glorified plastic stand. The speed of the fans is so low it doesn't do anything. Overpriced, and it did no cooling at all. Its flimsy and looks like it could break very easily, and the lightweight of it is more of a problem as it moves around on my desk a lot. The dials to change the fan speed are awkwardly on the back so you cant reach them easily when you are using your laptop. My laptop at its hottest hits mid 80°c and i constantly monitor the temperature while gaming. This stand did nothing, not even the elevation helped my laptops inbuilt fans work better. It even has minor vents at the bottom and this cooler still had no effect on it. Will be requesting a refund.
