We've used this product before and used to be able to buy it from TK Maxx. It wasn't as expensive as it is now but it does last along time so the price hike isn't so bad. It's great on salmon before you cook it. It's stays dry and is easy to grind. It has a good texture and is great for the extra flavour while cooking

The taste is the Silk Route chilli is phenomenal. I did find the price off Amazon to be fairly high though as I found it for less than half at a Winners.
