Q: Does anyone know how to remove this screen protector from your controller?

Simply pick it up with your fingernail and peel it off.

Q: Any suggestions for an actual case for Omnipod 5?

The omni pod 5 should have come with a case included. It’s a thin rubber like material that provides some protection. Sugarmate also sells a few cases for the 5, just as they did for earlier versions. I know of no other cases.

Q: If our Omnipod 5 glass screen is already cracked will this still work?

I am not sure, mine was new when I put the screen on. They are pretty sturdy, so it might help further cracking.
