I have purchased several of these pop up units and they have always satisfied me.This one was hard to set up initially due to the canvas canopy being too tight.After some hard stretching I was able to get it set up. I left it up for several days to stretch to fabric and it seems to be okay now.

This tent was relatively easy to assemble and set up. It took 3 adults approximately 30 minutes for the first set up. It will go up much more quickly for subsequent uses. We used 2 cinder blocks and some string tied to nearby trees to reinforce it and that worked extremely well. The tent was used at a party at a park right on the lake, during very gusty winds (at least 30 mph) and it stayed put. I was impressed. Great product for the price. It would be a 5 star product, except that the directions are basically useless and my tent arrived with a large razor cut in the carrying case.

I had been watching the price of this canopy hover between $250-$300 for awhile. I pulled the trigger when it went below $200.00. I had seen one before and thought it was a quality canopy. I received it on Monday. I opened it up on Saturday for a family party where of course we had torrential rain for a few hours and there was a tear at the seam on top of the canopy. Not a huge tear, but a tear that you could see daylight through. Stitching was horrible with loose threads dangling from the canopy. I filed for a return but it's such a hassle considering the size and weight, I might just get a tent patch and count my losses. Wouldn't recommend.

There were at least three screws that pulled out the plastic brand new. Makes it hard to unfold properly.

I take this up and down every weekend.. its ok easy to use but really heavy to move alone which is what i was hoping to be able to do.

Unfortunately, when the Party Tent arrived, there were two metal parts of the frame that were cracked. I took pictures and emailed them to the company I bought the canopy from. They contacted Gigatent and in no time at all, GigaTent sent out a brand new frame! No hassles. No questions. They even told me not to bother returning the original frame. I was VERY IMPRESSED with Gigatent's customer service and because of that, I would never hesitate to buy another product made by GigaTent.I have a "Little Guy" teardrop camping trailer [...] that I use for camping. Before I bought the Party Tent, I used to pull my teardrop trailer next to a 12' x 12' EZ-up canopy so I could exit the trailer and be sheltered. But, that meant that my trailer was subjected to the sun and the rain. With the Party Tent, I can pull the trailer under one side of this HUGE canopy and still have the other side for seating. Yes, it takes more muscle to put this Party Tent up than my 12' x 12' EZ-up but it is worth it. Plus, there are always nice people at campgrounds who will lend a hand if need be.I would highly recommend the Party Tent to anyone owning a teardrop trailer or simply to anyone who camps and needs some shelter (even if you put your tent under it).
