Tastes great. Instead of using sugar and sweeteners in my water, I put some of this in it and it gives it a little sweet taste while providing health benefits.

Works great! I love the calming effect, great for PMS and postpartum. Tastes great, it kind of reminds me of the smell of hobby lobby during Christmas? Idk how else to describe it but it’s not bad lol. It does make my acid reflux act up if I take it at night tho, but during the day it’s great.

Tried it three nights in a row and got super twitchy and anxious when I was expecting the opposite. The night I didn't take it I fell asleep fine with no twitching or increased anxiety. I guess everybody is different in how thing s affect them.

I use this tincture when feeling stressed or knowing I will be in a stressful situation. It keeps me calm and relaxed. I just use a quarter of a dropper. I have ordered my 2nd bottle. I have suggested this Holy Basil tincture for friends and family. It has no side affects for me. Great product!

I was taking holy basil capsules prior to ordering this tincture extract and had normal blood pressure...on the LOW NORMAL END. This is my first time using this holy basil extract from this brand. I immediately developed quite high blood pressure in the 150's systolic. I also got very high heart rate with this. I know because I have pots which is postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome and I regularly check my heart rate and my blood pressure. At first I had to figure out what have I done knew and it was this and I took it out of my daily routine and my blood pressure and heart rate went back to normal. I wanted to be accurate that I knew for sure it was this product so I put myself back on it for a couple of days and boom my heart rate and my blood pressure went Sky High. I don't understand why this happened because I previously took two different brands of holy basil only they were capsules not extract. I'm new to this brand and I'm also taking their Sarsaparilla extract & doing fine with it. I don't know what to make of why this will do this to me but I can't take it it's going in the trash
