I had high hopes for this flat iron, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. It's very lightweight but it doesn't seem to straighten as quickly as I thought it would--almost like it needs more weight behind it. It takes several passes on my hair to get it to straighten. The cord is exceptionally long, which is great.

I like the straighter BUT no instructions, which you wouldn’t think are difficult but there are a couple steps that there is no information about. Second, I think it SHOULD have been in the information that the temperature was in Celsius. I hope I didn’t damage my hair by using 230 degrees.

I purchased this based on the "reviews". I feel like these reviews are not legit and made to mislead. This flat iron is just ok. Absolutely nothing special or unique or outstanding about it. It's definitely not better than a Chi or most high-end, professional flat irons. I think this gets the job done but not worth paying more than $30 for it. It's basic, simple, no useful instructions came with it and at times my hair gets caught up in it.

It threw me off that the temperature display is in Celsius not Fahrenheit so I initially thought it was defective. It's light, short and easy to handle. Doesn't tire my hand as much as my old GVP. Definitely ergonomically correct. Great product!

My wife loves that it heats up fast and straightenes really well.

I bought this because of the fantastic reviews. It arrived yesterday and it while one light comes on I cannot get it to heat up. I am returning this.
