Perfect fit works great

Our roller door was very heavy to close and something had dropped. The other half decided to take the door off and see if he could work out what was wrong. It turned out the original door rollers had collapsed. We couldn't find an exact match but this set were the closest we could find so we ordered them. They arrived the next day and we got to work. Even though they were slightly smaller then the originals we got them fitted with minimal issue and reattached the door. They have been fitted for 2 months now, and the door has never been so easy to use, I sometimes forget and end up slamming the door. Minimal skills required and this is a much cheaper and easier alternative to having a repair person come out to do the exact same job.

When my heart sank at the sight of my broken door, a wave of despair washed over me. I knew I had to find a solution, so I sought out this incredible fix. The distance between the holes is not as shown! It’s 145mm, not 140mm. Be aware of this before ordering. Pictures below show my original (140mm between the holes) and the one supplied (145mm)

Noisier than the rollers I took out, and also not as smooth on the runners. Disappointing.

I’ve tried various different wheels trying to fix my door and these are up with the worst. Bearings are already gone. Rattles and sounds like a train track. The track is new and clean. Lubrication doesn’t make difference. Disappointed and will now have to find some different ones

These rollers are OK fitted well as a replacement part on a heavy sliding PVC Door. Unfortunately they failed after 2 weeks when the adjustment screw threads started slipping and the Door sank on one end. I have found a heavy duty one on Amazon and just waiting on delivery. You live and learn.
