Skechers Performance Women's Go Walk Autumn Slip-On Walking Shoe

I have several pairs of Sketchers shoes and I love them all. I bought these for walking but found them to be excellent as my house shoes instead. Light as a feather at less than 6 oz each. Fabric footbed and lining, no arch support but comfortable nonetheless. The anatomic last follows the slant of the toes and are true to size - even a bit large, but they are not uncomfortable. Socks help prevent heel slippage.The shoes are very easily to slip on and off. An unusual hole in the heel helps, although I really don't know if that's what it's there for. The suede leather upper has a reinforced toe.According to Sketchers, "GoWalk" shoes allow you to respond to practically any surface, with "Go Inpulse sensors that move together and independently as they provide sensory feedback to the brain. This dynamic interaction promotes a natural stride." What this translates into is an ultra flexible Resalyte sole with a different size circle pattern that can twist flex in any direction. A good thing of course except that this complete flexibility and give also mines that the shoe lacks arch and lateral support - much like slippers.These shoes are not waterproof and lack the strength required for all-terrain walking, unfortunately, the reason for the four star rating.These shoes are as comfortable as slippers, versatile for both slick or uneven terrain (like my kid's toy strewn playroom), but elegant enough to dress up if needed for a run to the grocery store, school or even a mom's night out. An impressive feat.

I bought these shoes on a recommendation from a friend when I needed shoes for standing at work. These fit the bill perfectly! I am disappointed that they are regularly $50+, because I'd love more than one pair. I did get these on sale, so definitely wait for a code!!! These are like walking on pillows. I have wide feet, and normally wear a 10. I got a 10, and these were snug for the first hour or so, but stretched quite nicely. I like to wear them without socks, but also wear them with thinner dress style socks as well. If you are wanting to wear regular socks (think white, ankle style), I'd get a size up, as they are too tight on me when wearing regular socks. I like that there is enough room at the toes for my toes. I hate wearing shoes that squish my toes into a triangle point.Also, these are slip on shoes, but you do have to pull the backs up, they are too flimsy and will fold down if just trying to slip them on without pulling the back up.They have a nice sueded look to them, though I do often wonder how many people think I'm wearing slippers. I think i'd go for the regular ones next time.Overall I am super happy, and being a larger woman, on her feet for 8+ hours, these did not hurt my feet at ALL! I love them and will definitely buy another pair when they are on sale again!

This is from the "Original" GoWalk line of casual shoes from Skechers. As I reviewed for the GoWalk2 in turquoise, these are like wearing your favorite pair of slippers. All-day comfort, good arch support. The fit is perfect. The feel is cushiony without being 'bouncy'.I also like the 'stone' color...it goes with everything. The soles grip so well on any surface without 'sticking'. Unlike the GoWalk 2 line, the sole color compliments the upper color, in this case, a tan/beige.Because of the suede-like material, I'm not sure if these are washable, the uppers are leather, the rest of the materials are man-made, so I might give it a try on a cold/delicate cycle and hang dry. I paid $31.00, which I think was very reasonable for the quality.

Ok, so I have odd feet: wide in front, very narrow in back, R a whole size bigger than L. Looking for shoes that did not look like 'sneakers'; since that is all my feet can tolerate-I need a R toe fusion at this point and have an arch issue on that side. So sneakers have been my only option. Any shoes I can find; I walk right out of with my very narrow heels; or they crunch my toes! This shoe: very surprised! So light, not much arch support looking at them out of the box! Put them on my feet: did not walk out of them, they are cushy; but not as much as expected; but that's ok! I have finally found a more 'moc' looking-sneaker type shoe that actually looks 'girly'! Thank goodness for this shoe! I had ordered the 9's first; because that is what my R foot now is; but the 9's were too big; went with the 8.5's! I am so happy, I now have a sneaker that looks more like a cute shoe! Highly recommend this style of sneaker-shoe! I also have the white cloth-type; I don't like the real bright colors. My husband says the white look like a nursing shoe; but I ignore that! Only issue I have with this shoe is that I got them to wear barefoot; and my feet do sweat a bit wearing them around the house. I have worn these on my treadmill; I am extremely surprised; with how light they are; that my feet feel better in these than my $140 Asics; which make my R foot hurt at the end of a workout! These are amazing!

I got my first pair of these based on the photo alone, and they fit me like a glove, have worn nothing else since. I got concerned they might change their styles and maybe would not be making these later, so I ordered two more pairs, just in case these ever wear out. The suede is proving itself to be very tough so far, still look like new after daily wearing for a few months. But, my feet just love them, so I never want to go without. Once you try them, that's it, you don't want to go back to any other shoes. Like walking on air, because that's exactly how they work. I have some of the shoes with springs in the soles; not nearly so soft, lightweight, pliable, comfortable as these. Best shoes I've ever had. I'm close to 60 and my feet are getting very tired. I used to have very sore feet at the end of each day if I was on my feet much. These shoes are healing. I no longer have foot pain at the end of the day. They're amazing. I just hope they keep making this one style and don't change it. I would buy these the rest of my life. Even good for walking on rocks and twigs, just check your soles before entering the house. They do pick up a lot debris between the bubbles.

I liked the look of these suede shoes and after reading the reviews on how comfy they were ordered them in a 5 & 6 as seemed to be variations in the fit. I'm a standard size 6 and the 6 was just fine. I was surprised at just how lightweight they are and so comfortable and easy to wear. I have only worn them twice so far but had no rubbing or sore toes as with some new shoes. I have to be quite particular now when buying footwear as I have arthritis and hammer toes.These are nice and wide across the toes and they feel cushioned on the soles. They have good grip on the bottom too. Because they don't feel as sturdy as my walking shoes I think they will be more suited to general walking about town than a bit of a hike across rougher ground. Really pleased with them.

I took everyone's advice -thank you - and ordered a size 5 even though I usually have a size 6 for this type of footwear. It's my 2nd pair of these Skechers from the same seller and they're great. The seller is very quick to despatch and the quality and fit is brilliant. I have osteoarthritis and my feet suffer with the pain of this condition but these have greatly alleviated my misery and I highly recommend them to anyone who has a similar problem. I've spent so much on memory insoles etc. but these are amazing! I am so happy that I've finally found shoes that enable me to walk without pain.

These shoes are so comfortable. I an on my feet all day at work and before finding sketchers shoes my feet and legs used to ache quite badly, not now wearing these shoes have made such a difference. The cushioned sole stops that impact when walking. This is my third pair. Fantastic.

They do as they say ~ wonderful for walking ~ it's like walking on a treadmill when there's something under your feet helping t'hem to just keep movin' . :-))))) . They do look a bit like slippers but they're as comfy as slippers and you can't see the whole style when ur wearing jeans etc. I love that they're slip-ons. I find the sizing generous ~ bought some heel pads to fill the little bit of spare space at the back there (because didn't want to sent them back) ~ will order slightly smaller size next time. I've had them a few days and only take them off for bed.

My Skechers shoes are just perfect. It's like walking on air or wearing a comfortable pair of slippers. I changed jobs and was doing eight hour shifts, standing most of the time. I was struggling big time until my new shoes came and now I am in a lot less pain in my feet and legs. It has made the world of difference to me. If you have never tried Skechers shoes then I highly encourage you to buy a pair and see how absolutely amazing they are. Once you get Skechers you'll never go back!

I now have 4 pairs of Skechers shoes,all bought in the last couple of months.I ordered size 3 when normally I would have bought a 4, purely because of the reviews.They are very comfortable, I haven't worn the short boots yet, I bought them ready for thewinter because they were a good price.

Love these shoes they are really comfortable. They are quite wide fitting, I'm a size 5 and with socks on these are great but to wear without socks I would probably need to buy a 4 or if they did it a 4 and a half. I probably walk about an hour a day, to work, train station etc, and from the first time I put these on i noticed I no longer had a pain in my heel. Definitely will be buying another pair in different colour. I ordered the back with the grey sole and they look good

I bought these as a gift for a friend and after she raved about them I bought a pair of trainers for myself. They're incredibly durable, lightweight and comfortable. I've worked an 11 hour shift behind a busy bar and not once thought of how sore, hot or achey my feet were. An incredible invention and worth every penny.

Delighted with these suede go walk shoes. I have nerve damage (neureopathy) in my feet & legs as a result of chemo 7 years ago and find it difficult to find comfortable, light weight shoes. I am a size 5 and these shoes give me wiggle room for my toes and they stay on the feet without rubbing. Highly recommended.

I bought the 4s first (more like a size 5) and had to return them so I reordered a size 3. I am a true size 4 so these do come up quite large. I'm pleased with the shoes and they will be a little warmer than my canvas Go Walks which I've lived in all summer.

This is my second pair of Go Walk shoes. They are supposed to be the same size as my other 7s but are a bit bigger. I kept them as may need to wear socks later in the year. Very comfortable and light. Highly recommended for those who suffer from painful feet.

A little disappointed as I had expected memory foam insoles as I have them in my "summer ", canvas pair from the same range. Apart from that - great.Why aren't memory foam insoles in the Autumn range? Why no half sizes in offer?

Loved these shoes when bought several years ago. So pleased to find them again. Old pair still good but tired so needed fresh pair. Buy one size down for perfect fit.

Great shoes as expected by Skechers. A little roomier than the usual Go Walk range but they don't slip and I can wear light socks with them. These will be ideal in spring and autumn when its cooler.
