picked these up to support my health from the inside out—mainly for the anti-inflammatory and detox benefits. I’d heard nettle could help with things like water retention, skin clarity, and general wellbeing, so I thought I’d give it a go. The bags come in a resealable pouch (always handy), and I was genuinely surprised by how strong the brew is. Not one of those weak herbal teas—this actually has a rich, earthy flavour with a slight bite to it that makes it feel like it’s doing something good for your body.
