I’ve been taking this for approx. 4 months. I have gradually lost ten pounds. I have no cravings and have been able to improve my diet tremendously. It may work for you as well.

Easy to take and I'm down 3 lbs in 1 1/2 weeks didn't seemed like much but if it helps I'm all for it. I think it's even helping with cravings and I don't feel so hungry all the time. See what happens!!

My hubby is diabetic and he loves this product. He had terrible leg pains and didn't sleep well on traditional meds. He uses this product religiously and his aic is down normal levels and lost 25 lbs. He obviously exercises and watches his carbs more. He does say it helps a lot of he does decide to have carbs. Obviously, I am not a medical dr. But it has worked for him.

Everyone is different, that said, I wanted to try this because one review said it helped with sugar cravings. Wow did this help! I get full faster, no night time sugar cravings, it's been one week and I'm down 5 lbs. I only want to lose 10, and I expect things to taper soon. But if you only need to take the edge of your hunger, this works! No crashing, I feel great, and I only take one pill at lunch. I might try it with 2 meals when I see a slow down. Like I said everyone is different, but I am finally seeing that stubborn weight leave because the night time sugar cravings are gone!

It seems to be working well! My blood sugar levels have been running normally, so happy! So I know this is helping some! Im hoping over time I will see some reduced numbers on the scale too!
