I finished my cleanse and must say I felt brand new. The first 2-3 days I felt a little tired but after that my body was already processing the cleanse. You should all follow through and not skip any days. It’s worth the 10 days. And follow the instructions and drink lots of water throughout the day. Also... as per liver just try to stay active. Go for walks or try to exercise. It helps give you energy and speeds up the cleanse.

I am on day 2 and as instructed I take 3 pills in the morning with breakfast and 3 at dinner time and for the past 2 days when I take my 3 at dinner I feel extremely tired like if I had just finished a marathon but I ain’t no quitter just hope to have the energy to get to day 10

I purchased 2 in november/2021 and it was very good. In november/2022, I purchased 2 also from Amazon. The package received at last, was very bad wrap protected, so one glass broke and could not clean the capsules because they had too much debris. I went to an Amazon return and delivery at Whole Foods with the box and the broken glass and the capsules, but the attendant told me it was not allowed to return. I ask Amazon to inform the fabricant to conveniently protect the product wrapping for future clients. Thanks.
