this is so good for baking and drinking. i make an iced matcha with it and it comes out tasty. cant say much on the grade, obviously not the highest quality (it is listed as culinary) but if you just want to try matcha without spending a lot, this is a good option

普通に抹茶として飲むには泡立ちがイマイチ濃茶なら良いかな味は普通だと思う、お菓子作りには良いかな。

有機なので買ってみましたが、味が優しく飲みやすかったです。製菓用にも使いやすそうです。ありがとうございました。
