I really enjoyed the taste and texture of this fiber. I have a hard time with texture and this was perfect and helped me stay on track with my fiber needs

I've used fiber supplements pretty much my whole adult life, and as someone who combats IBS-M, insoluble is the best kind of fiber for me. However, it's incredibly difficult to find a good supplement. I was using Garden of life but they seem to be discontinuing their supplements, so I was forced to find a new one.So I tried this, and I was very disappointed. This tastes like literal dirt even through a very strongly flavored protein powder. It's definitely almost made me gag a few times. I tried very hard to deal with it but I just can't.

Well, the taste isn’t supposed to be great, I like the coffee flavor because I add a teaspoon of my coconut creamer and down it quickly. I had a good laugh after my first glass without the flavoring, it was awful and my instant reaction was to laugh b cause it seemed like a joke of a flavor, coffee. However, I get my creamer ready and add that right after mixing and I look forward to my cold coffee fiber drink every other day. I highly recommend this product to coffee lovers, it does contain caffeine so you are covered in the mornings and won’t need more coffee until you get to work. I’m not a usual coffee drinker but I love the bounce this adds to my step each day I take it, helps me bang out my HIIT workout and ready to take on anything that comes my way. I promise if you doll this drink up with your favorite creamer you will not mind taking this daily or every other day.

Mixes well with some greens powder or smoothie, doesn’t thicken too soon and I’m able to get it down. Smells gross but I would expect it to. Overall good experience.

This has been a really great purchase because of its ease of use and beneficial impact on gut health. The powder form makes it simple to add to meals and the support it provides to gut health is noticeable. Moreover, it helps to keep you feeling full for a longer period of time which is a bonus. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I just shot it back like a champ. It tasted like mud and went down like syrup. Maybe tmi, but it made me burp muddy tasting burps too. Not for me. I switched to a clear powder.

It does not taste great, but it has had an impressive impact on my gut wellness. I mix it every morning with Activated You Morning Complete, and the two combined are amazing….I have more energy, and my digestion is back to normal.

Go mow your lawn. Dry out the clippings. Blend them with water. That's basically what this product tastes like.
