I only use a couple times a week, AS RECOMMENDED, but boy this stuff really helps me get a good sleep. At 76, I have gotten to the point of 3-4 hours being usual, but when I need rest, this helps me get more and better sleep.

I have tried many products on the market for my difficulty falling asleep and getting good quality sleep. Some worked for a while, then I must have built up a tolerance for them. So far, the ZzzQuil with Melatonin helps me fall asleep within an hour or so, and allows me to get better quality sleep and feel less tired in the mornings. Actually tastes pretty good too!

Pretty good, CVS Pharmacy used to have pure liquid melatonin 10 mg which was amazing but it disappeared. This is been the best replacement but in the 10 mg dose you only get 3 mg of melatonin, that has been a disappointment. So the cost per serving or per milligram is sneakily higher than expected

This stuff works great. I am not hungover feeling in the morning. I really like the taste. I keep this in my house at all times.
