I wasn't expecting much out of cheesecloth, but these are surprisingly nice. They're hemmed, the mesh is very fine so you don't need to use many layers, and it's held up well with straining herbs. I'll buy these again when the need comes, thanks.

Fantastic quality, I made cheese pascha for church with this and I really appreciated the quality. I’ve had cheesecloth in the past that I tried to make this with and when I go to hang it in the fridge the mesh would unravel but this held fast and was so easy to use. I love that it didn’t unravel or come apart under the weight of the cheese hanging from a hook. Don’t forget to always boil cheesecloth 15 minutes before first use, a lot of people forget this and it’s very important to clean it first (the water will be like brown) but that’s normal.
