This is an absolutely LUSCIOUS purple glaze. It has a sort of translucent cool dark violet base that blooms and breaks with warmer plum tones depending on the thickness of application. It's a very unique color! The photos show three thick coats fired to cone 6; with one thin coat on the foot. I did get some pinholes but that was operator error- I rushed application to the inside of the bowl.
