Chefmaster Liqua-Gel Concentrated Food Colour .2220ml (Super Red)

I wish I would have taken a picture of the “picture perfect” red velvet cake I made at Christmas! It was beautiful and absolutely delicious (recipe from Sally’s Baking Addiction)! Oh, my goodness, EVERYONE was impressed with the outcome. I was thrilled the cake had none of that chemical taste that most red food colorings leave in your homemade baking products which ultimately spoils all the hard work you put in to make the perfect dessert or cookie. This got the job done with no after taste, and the resulting cake was a beautiful deep red worthy of a high end bakery (even if I do say so myself)! Chefmaster has produced the most perfect red food color in a convenient, no drip, no waste, flavorless gel form. I’m happy and will return for other food dye products whenever I need them for future baking. I highly recommend this product…especially for red velvet cake and cookie baking! WORKS FINE FOR MY CANDY APPLES COLOR VIBRANT

I am not sure if I would buy this again. The color was not vibrant red.

The pigment of this red gel food coloring is excellent – a little goes a long way for vibrant color. However, the bottle is really tiny, so it runs out fast if you bake often. Great quality and worked well for my home baking.

I love this product, this is my 3rd buy, add flavors to the taste of baking products and gives a very beautiful red color
