Soluble in alcohol (ethyl/perfumers sb40b/isopropyl/etc), not water soluble, poor solubility in oil.

can this be used to make turkish ice cream?

I'm not sure about making ice cream, but I can tell you that chewing this gum is like literally chewing on Hard Rocks. You cannot chew this gum, it is much too hard and tough.
