The computer is very good the only problem is the keyboard lights will not come on. watched you tube but no luck, dell surport is not too good

I bought this laptop in July by November it failed. It showed an unusual screen and would not turn on or respond to anything. I contacted Dell and they suggested brining it to my local UbreakIfix and authorized repair center. After about 2 weeks they did nothing and I retrieved it and sent it it to Dell direct. After another 2-3 weeks I get an email from Dell that it is not covered because of something related to an incorrect SSD drive? And they said I should call Amazon. Bottom line this is the worst possible service from a company I trusted. I am still awaiting another call back from Dell but I have little hope that Dell will meet their commitment and actually fix my computer. I would buy from any firm other than Dell or Amazon when it comes to laptops An update it turns out the reseller used by Amazon, Best Deal Electronic prior to posting this computer replaced the .5TB SSD with an off brand 1TB SSD that caused both my motherboard and SSD to fail. They did a bait and switch with inferior parts. Shame on both Amazon and Best Deal Electronics. Their switcheroo cost me about $200 to get it fixed by Dell. AND NOW I ONLY JAVE A 0.5SSD NOT the 1TB I paid for!

So happy with this! I've wanted a lap top forever and this doesn't disappoint. Has everything I need and a great price. Takes up very little room on my desk, but still big enough to be able see everything on screen.

It died the servings time I used it. However, it may have more newscasts of an issue with the Windows 11 and but the computer itself. I chose to return it and the seller refunded without issue. Great experience there. I just went to a retail store and bought a totally different computer where there is a geek on standby in case of any issues. It was really pretty, though, and lightweight. I hate to send it back.

La laptop cumple con lo que dice , trae buena memoria y disco duro, el único detalle son los materiales pese a que es del es toda de plástico se ve básica sin embargo es touch y sirve para lo que ocupo
