I have been a Amicus iron Tawa from few days. i just love the base which really helps in proper heat distribution.It really enhances the taste n a good replacement for nonstick pans.It requires less oil.Its a bit heavy but it gets easier to handle once u start using it daily.Am glad that I choose this tawa. Value for money and useful product. we can make dosa and chapati without oil also. Start using after seasoning so it wont stick. As we all have the habit of using non stick pans, this could be a learning curve and would surely need some patience to make it work but once done its health benefits and crispyness of food item will make it all worth it.
