So glad this exists
I just installed acacia wood countertops and use this for the first coat of the sealing process. It is simple to use and you do not need a lot! The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I appreciate how it’s VOC compliant. No complaints!!

Expensive but worth it

Wood seems to absorb more than I thought it would
After researching options for butcher block, I went with UTOS and H20lox. The UTOS seemed to absorb more into the wood (Maple) more than planned so I used a bit more. It didn't help that I coated top & bottom with 2 coats, but I wanted to make sure the underside was covered well as a portion of the countertop will be over a dishwasher.
