Large, in a good way. These have saved several articles of clothing for me and I will be purchasing again. Great grip, they don’t unstick throughout the day and the cotton stays in place.

It works but it does stick to your clothes

I tried some other regular size pads first but they were too small for me. These are nice and large and stick bet.ter than the others I tried. But they are stiffer so I can see where they are stuck to my shirt through the shirt and I feel them more too. But they do a better job

These will ruin your shirts. I bought these last year and really liked them, but they must have changed manufacturing because they are now thinner and way to sticky, they leave sticky residue on your shirts that’s nearly impossible to get off. Ruined many of my shirts!
