Does the trick for mild leaks
Very sturdy and well made. I ordered these for my mother to be worn with an Icontinence pad and they work well for small amounts of urine. They are a little pricey and so we will slowly add to the original 3 we ordered.

Do not buy
These underwear fit perfect when I received them, then I washed this washable underwear and it shrunk two sizes! Very expensive to wear one time!

Comfortable incontinence panties
You can't go wrong with these comfortable incontinence panties. I chose the large even though I've lost weight and am quite small around the middle. They are comfortable and I do like the fact that they are washable.

Great Product
Bought this for my 91 yr old mom. Was very absorbent and more comfortable for her than the disposables adult diapers. Will buy additional pantie briefs for her.

Helpful
Overactive bladder w/a bit of leakage. Thought I could save money by using washable panties BUT the odor does become a problem. For that reason I have to still buy the single-use moderate absorbency pads. NOT happy w/the "Golden Years"!!!

Too big in front
I ordered Size 5 and the front was way too big.

which ended up making my skin and bed moist all night andsmelling bad, too
In the end, it did provide a barrier so that leakage did not get on the floor. However, there is no effective barrier between the skin and the underwear. I slept in moist underwear all night, which ended up making my skin and bed moist all night andsmelling bad, too. It needs a system for wicking moisture away from the body.. It desperaretly needs this, or I won't use them again. I will return them and come up with a better system such as incontience pads that go into the underwear. Can easily cause bed sores the way it is now.
