Shoe pads
These shoe pads are great! They made all the difference in my feet! My foot doctor told me to wear shoes with good arch support. This purchase kept me from having to buy new shoes. I just use these pads in my shoes.

Amazing
I have had feet problems for a while and when I started usually these insert, gone! I absolutely love these inserts. Bought a pair for every main show I wear. There very easy to put in shoes and last a long time. If you have feet problems then this is a must! Very very happy with inserts. Can't Beeman price, and the surpport is amazing. Overall I think these help my feet deep amazing all day. Love them. I've tried so many inserts but these one by far has the best support.

Great Insoles!
Obviously a foot and arch are unique to an individual so my review is strictly the experience my feet have had. When they came and I took them out of their box I was shocked at how stiff/hard they felt! Historically I have always purchased any (and all) insoles I've worn from the world's largest retailer. In addition, I always assumed that for an insole to be comfortable it would need to be soft. However, at least for these feet, I have always had a hard time finding insoles that were comfortable no matter how soft or squishy they were! In fact, my feet, for whatever reason, cannot handle the "gel" type of insoles!! Recently I purchased a pair of very very expensive hiking boots and almost to a reviewer the only negative thing said, and there were very few indeed, was that some individuals purchasing the same boots found they were able to get an even better experience by replacing the insoles that came in the boots with this brand based on prior experience. Even though I found the boots extraordinarily comfortable right out of the box I decided to order a pair of these insoles. As I already stated feet are unique so I obviously cannot know if everyone would have the same experience I did however, at least for me, I was dumbfounded how comfortable I found these insoles to be! These (fairly hard) insoles turned great hiking boots into out-of-this-world hiking boots!!! So, if you're like me and have been buying insoles from your local retailer (believing the softer the better), and have not been particularly satisfied give these a try. Hopefully your experience will be as good as mine!

Ok not great
I've tried 5 different insoles in the past few months from Amazon and one from a Facebook ad. These are ok but do yourself a favor and find cushwork insoles I'm pasting the rest of my review for cushwork insoles below and the reviews for the other ones I tried. I'm 6'0" and heavy at 320lbs and flat footed with a a size 15 foot. The cushwork largest size is 14.5 but it fits my foot with a little room to spare and they go in my shoes perfectly. I've tried this model (grey/silver) and another cushwork model that's red in color. The grey/silver is most comfortable to me I believe because I'm flat footed, if I had an arch at all I think the red would be best. I like both the cushwork insoles I have I just wish they explained the difference in the models better in their descriptions. The red has a taller more pronounced ball in the middle of the insole the grey is lower and not as pronounced. Would buy again and have already added another pair to my cart. I put the red pair in my schnee Beartooth boots and that made a world of difference. They soaked up some of the extra space which prevented blisters on my toes from walking downhill on steep inclines and provided a ton more cushion than the factory insoles. It was a night and day difference from the first couple hikes I did with the factory insoles and the last few I've done with the cushworks. The other insoles I bought were: Superfeet at about $65 after tax and they are super thin and not much different than factory insoles the heel cup is solid and has a little arch support but not worth $65. Kinetic insoles, saw these on a FB ad and bought them they are trash don't remember what I paid I think it was $39 plus shipping and tax for 2 pair. Ordered them because they had actual size 15's which are hard to find. I think these said size 12-15 but they're a 14 max had a whole toe longer than the insole and they're thin no cushion just like a factory insoles would not buy again. Neupu insoles from Amazon I bought I think their max size was 14.5 and they are true to size. I wish they made 15s but the cushworks are still more comfortable with the neupu being a close 2nd. I was able to use them in my hey dudes which claim to be a size 15 but fit like a 14-14.5. if I found them in a 15 I would buy again to try in my work shoes. FeelLife I can't remember if these were 15s or more 14.5s but they're ok at best I put them in my work shoes and they are slightly better than factory, but if I had to actually walk all day on concrete instead of 4-5 hrs I wouldn't make it. I wouldn't buy another pair. They don't seem wide enough but they do fit and give a little cushion.

Feellife insoles
I have only had one brand of arch supports that worked for me after having plantar fasitis and those were called Avia and when I went to get my second pair walmart stopped selling them. I looked and looked for a replacemet and settled on Feellife and when they came in they slipped into my shoe so easy and when I put them on you definitely could feel the support but it was too hard and needed more cushion, I was dissapointed until I slid some flat and thin foam insoles over on top of these harder arch supports and my feet were so comfy and happy after that. These will hold up and keep that arch supported but they need a bit of thin cushion to make them feel amazing. I bought my second pair and highly recommend them if you have ever suffered from Plantar Facitis, Just know they are firmer than the average insole but boy do they support that arch.
