We use the ThermoPro TP19H digital thermometer regularly, and it works really well. It’s fast, accurate, and easy to use. The only downside is durability. The probe tends to break at the plastic housing where it folds down. With regular use, ours usually last about 1.5 to 2 years, which feels a bit shorter than expected. That may just be the trade-off with a fold-down design. Overall, it performs great and does the job well, but longevity could be better.

It’s a great kitchen thermometer that is so handy - it has a strong magnet for it to attach close at hand to my stove. Then it’s very easy to open and gives a very quick read. So much better than the straight stick one that I use to use.

There’s no more guessing if your food is finished cooking. This thermometer is SO accurate and convenient. Excellent value for the money.
