Good soldering iron set, Fast heat up, Very Affordable, Good buy+
Good seller, Prompt delivery, Well packaged, Arrived without damage, As pictured/described, Works well, Iron is hot quickly and the LCD seems accurate, Light weight & easily portable in its case though case seems thin & fragile, Fairly slim but good size that fits my hand well, A pack of tips is included but have not used them yet, So far I am happy with purchase, Would recommend the product and the seller to others, Thank you+++++

Essential tool for gardeners
Must have for gardeners to make extra holes in those nursery pots fast. Looked around and bought this one. Works great for my needs so far. And it’s got a storage case. So easy to use and affordable.

cheap
For the price it is ok, it comes with the basics for starting to learn soldering like me, however there are some drawbacks. Although it heats quickly & solders well & it's max temp is 480C but at that temp the tip oxidises quickly & smokes a bit & the body becomes very warm, not sure if dangerously so, because I reduced temp after only few min.The case is flimsy, the included sponge is really small & useless as is the stand support. The solder wire type & diameter is not marked, the included tweeze had uneven ends. The solder tips are ok, has is the desoldering sucker. The kit is ok but would not buy again

Excellent solder iron for small to medium projects.
This is by far the best solder iron I have ever had and I have gone through several over the years. It comes with 5 different tips, excellent for small electronic boards or larger projects like Lipo battery connectors. It heats up very fast, has a digital display that is easy to read. Comes with a decent size roll of solder, a container of flux, wire strippers, tweezers, extra wire, two small screw drivers which I find very useful, a nice plastic box that latches to store everything. I work on a lot of radio control airplanes and cars and this unit actually works as it says and heats to the temperature you need. I really do not have any complaints, I have had this unit for 6+ months, I am almost out of solder so its used frequently.

EXCELLENT BUY
“I’m honestly surprised at how well this soldering iron performs. The 90W power heats up incredibly fast, and the temperature control is way more accurate than I expected. The LED display is clear, the grip feels comfortable, and it handled every soldering job I tried without any issues. For the price, I wasn’t expecting this level of performance but it really exceeded my expectations.”

Design flaw with theses iron/tips.
PSA: I bought 2 of these soldering irons but there's a design flaw. They both seemed to work well. With the high power they heated-up quickly but the tip quit accepting solder even though the temp shown on the iron's display showed the temperature I need for the solder I was using. I kept replacing tips because they wouldn't hold solder ( even the tips supplied with the iron). I looked at the ceramic heater/temp. sensor. I did some measuring and determined that the tip of the heater/ temp. sensor didn't touch the under side of the tip head. I guessed that it was a design flaw that the tip and ceramic heater didn't touch. So I filed the bottom side of the tips about 1/8" or until there was a gap between the tip and the metal support for the tip. The tip temp. now reflected the display's temperature. Another PSA: Use R & R Lotion tip cleaner if you want your tips to last. UPDATE: This mod only worked a while then back to heater/displaying ceramic core temp. while the tip is alot cooler. If you want to test this: Heat the iron to 800°F then put the tip in water and watch the display.

The BEST soldering iron ever used.
Was hesitant at purchasing this soldering iron at first, but really needed to purchase something to be used outside without electrical outlet to work on a bike wiring system, I tried using the butane soldering iron from Radio Shack that was purchased when Radio Shack was still in business, but because of the wind outside it was pretty much impossible to keep butane soldering iron running as it kept shutting off due to wind without letting it reach desired temperature. That's where this soldering iron came in, not only did it work great with high-charge speed portable powerbank, it also worked inside using standard 5 volt 2amp adapter and the best part about it, it was able to reach working temperature in under 10 seconds! This soldering iron can now be used instead of the other more expensive stationary soldering iron which took several minutes to heat-up. The close-off cap on it is also very useful - after using it, just cap it off so it doesn't come in contact with anything. This is a one of a kind soldering iron, couldn't find any other one like it on amazon. No it doesn't have it's own internal battery, but that's actually a good thing because internal batteries actually lose their capacity after some amount of charging cycles, but this one can use external battery which can be purchased/replaced as many times as you like, just don't forget to hold the power button after connecting to the battery to switch it on so you can start using as it won't automatically start to heat-up until you press the power button. Definitely recommend this green portable soldering iron to anyone who has to use one inside or outside without inconvenience of having to wait for it to reach working temperature.

The first time I used it it heated up to maximum. Worked well but now it’s useless. Not working anymore. It’s a waste of money. Don’t buy this
