This is a great product. I sat in a tub for 20 minutes then I drained the water and started exfoliating. The first time I used the mitt a whole bunch of skin rolled off of me. A few days later I did it again and did not get the same result. I think the skin rolling off you is something that's only going to happen if you exfoliate maybe once a month to once every few months. If you do it a few times a week it will definitely keep your skin in good condition, but I don't think you'll see a ton of skin coming off if you do it that often. For my keratosis pilaris- this mott is a lifesaver and great to use. I've had hydrofacials done and diamond glows at my local medical spa and nothing got rid of the KP on my neck. My goose bumpy neck skin was driving me crazy and affecting my self-esteem because it was so bad and really very noticeable. Using this mitt -I was able to get the keratin plugs out of my neck bumps! My neck looks so much better now. I've only been using the mitt for about 2 weeks, so the KP isn't totally gone, but it looks about 80% better! If you have KP and have tried exfoliating your bumps the way the company suggests and the mitt doesn't work that well for you - I'll tell you what gave me good results and you can see if you want to try it this way. I use this on a morning I did not shower that morning. So my skin was very dry. I used the dry mitt on my dry skin- very gently. I have a close-up mirror and I angled the mirror so I could see the KP bumps on my neck very clearly, then I used the mitt on my neck in a downward motion and immediately I saw teeny tiny white things pop out of my neck (peach fuzz) hair follicles. The white things were so small they were barely visible, but since I was using the magnification mirror - I could see them really well and they definitely popped out of almost all the bumpy skin on my neck. First I gently used the mitt in a downward direction and then I gently ran the mitt over my skin in the same way the hair was growing and more little white things popped out. Oddly enough the white things didn't all come out of my skin completely. Lots of them just stayed there- no matter how much I tried to rub them off. I was a little bit concerned, but the next time I showered with warm water they disappeared. My kp bumps were visibly smaller and my skin felt smoother. I think doing this once a week will be pretty helpful for me.

I do wish it really did a better job, but it's better than a wash rag and not as strong or stiff as my other shower scarves

I'll admit I've only had this for a few days but I used it and WOW, I feel like a lizard that just shed its skin. This glove puts in the work, so much so that I was actually having trouble scraping against my skin with it. It's definitely a workout with the material it's made of but for good reason. IMMEDIATE little skin roll flakes started coming off and it was both fascinating and gross, but my skin was super soft after so the job was done! Def recommend.

Dose not exfoliate. Too soft

This mitt definitely delivered. You can see all the exfoliated skin on the mitt. Follow up with a nice lotion and you got baby soft skin. I also noticed how much closer of a shave I got on my legs.

I was looking for an exfoliation mit that I could also use for Lathering my body wash and this is definitely it! It’s such good quality! I was sick of my loofahs falling apart and this one seems like it will last a very long time. The ease of use and comfort makes it amazing!!
