UPP (UL Certificated) 36V/48V/52V Hailong/Shark Ebike Battery for 500W 750W 1000W 1500W Bafang &Other Ebike Conversion Wheel Kit(with Smart BMS)

My last one went for 6 years before it wore out.Good connections, solid construction. The mount is a little off in how it attaches, but work well once installed. These are my go-to batteries for sure!

I sold one of my ebikes along with my 17.5 amp hour battery, and took the opportunity to upgrade my range by picking up this 20 amp hour battery. The cases of the two batteries are exactly the same size and configuration, so the proof would be in the riding. Today I rode 32 miles, much of it into a stiff wind, and when I was done, my battery showed about 70%. This is an improvement over my 17 ah battery, where I would typically be closer to 55 to 60% after 30 miles. So it definitely seems to have more range, which is a good thing.The only caveat (and it tripped me up until I figured it out) is that the red "Power" switch on the battery is installed backward from every other Hailong battery I've owned. When I got it, I turned it on (which was really "off") and my bike wouldn't power up. I thought the battery was dead because I had turned it on (I though). On a whim I looked at the switch and realized the OTHER side was labeled "ON", and when I flipped it that direction, everything worked as it should.

I recently purchase this battery from this seller and I received it in 3 days! The battery was very nicely packed and included a charger with hardwares to mount it on my bike. Was an easy install and I now get better performance on my bike and the distance range is fantastic! I am super happy with this battery and highly recommend this seller to anyone!

I have eight E-bikes. Five are Rad Power Bikes. I've converted two bikes so far from 48 to 52 volt battery from Unit Pack Power (UPP). Great price and reliable. My 21Ah is two years old and is still charging to 100%. The smaller 13Ah is for short trips and has the same bottom mount plate (also called cradle or battery mount)I can switch from one bike to another depending on the distance I travel. My Biktrix has the same bottom mount plate installed by me, so I can double the range with UPP battery. Can't beat the price and great customer service from Abby if any problem should rise. I highly recommend this seller (UPP). I will be buying the 17Ah battery from UPP and will update once I test it.

Previously sold defective batteries. Look up recalled U004 battery. They will not help you if your battery is defective. I had bought 2 batteries from them and found out they were recalled. I contacted UPP for help but, they said they wouldn't do anything because I bought them too long ago. Now I'm out 1200 dollars and have no ebike.

I'm satisfied with everything but it doesn't seem to hold a charge like the battery that came with the bike brand new.
