bought it as a gift but I ended up keeping it for myself
After using this product consistently for a few weeks, I feel equipped to share a detailed review highlighting its strengths and areas for improvement. The mat and pillow are covered in thousands of small, plastic spikes arranged in circular discs. At first glance, these spikes appear intimidating, but they are well-crafted to provide even pressure without causing harm. The materials feel durable, and the removable cotton covers make cleaning easy. However, the spikes might feel too sharp for beginners, so wearing a thin layer of clothing during the initial sessions is advisable. Using the mat takes some getting used to. The first session may feel uncomfortable as the spikes press into the skin, but after a few minutes, the sensation transitions into a warming, soothing effect. The pillow is particularly effective for targeting the neck and shoulders, areas where I carry tension. Over time, the mat became more comfortable as the body adjusted The most noticeable benefit of the mat is stress relief and relaxation. After 20–30 minutes of use, I experienced a significant reduction in muscle tension, especially in my lower back and shoulders. It's also effective at stimulating blood circulation, leaving me with a refreshed feeling post-session. I found it particularly useful for winding down after a long day or as part of a pre-sleep routine..

Best matt. Get it now without hesitation.
If you know how to use this matt correctly, you'll get the best like is nottting else better in the world. Not even a deep tissue massage from a professional is better than this matt. If you combine the matt and cupping (but in the correct way) + gentle rubbing in the area treated with the matt or cupping, you'll feel super energised. Yesterday I was all day working on my laptop and i felt very tired. I got this matt same day delivery and when arrived, i went straight on it with my back and the pillow under the neck for just 15 minutes. Then I've done 5 minutes of cupping on back and shoulders and i finished with a facial massage using a massage gun. The massage gun i used the foam ball and I felt like I just woke up. Long story short: We're actually not tired in our day to day life. We only have stagnation, blood stagnation. And when you use this matt and cupping, the musscles are opening and the blood start to flow and when the blood flow, that's when you feel good and full of energy. Also the quality is great. easy to store, and is function as it should.

Relaxing and convenient, with minor adjustments needed
I’ve been using the LyfeFocus Acupressure Mat and Pillow set for a few weeks, and overall, it’s been a good addition to my relaxation routine. The mat and pillow are well-cushioned, and the spikes provide a noticeable massage effect that helps relieve tension in the back, shoulders, and neck. After about 10–15 minutes, I feel a real sense of relaxation and muscle relief, which is perfect after long workdays or workouts. The travel bag is a nice touch, making it easy to take the set to the office, gym, or on trips. The spikes are firm enough to feel effective without being painful, though it does take a little getting used to at first. The pillow supports the neck comfortably and keeps alignment consistent when lying on the mat. The only downside is that the mat is slightly narrow for my frame, so I sometimes feel a little off-center, and the spikes can dig a bit if you move too much. It would be great if there were a slightly wider version or more cushioning for sensitive areas. Overall, this is a solid acupressure mat set that works as intended and is convenient to carry around. It’s great for stress relief, muscle relaxation, and improving circulation, but a small adjustment in size or padding could make it even better.

Great value.
I love using this mat. Great value. Bought instead of a more expensive version and I’m really happy with it. Often fall asleep using it.

Brilliant
This mat and pillow are brilliant. Excellent value for money. It looks intimidating but once you get used to it, it really helps relax sore and aching muscles. Highly recommend

Honest Review
Honest Review time... I was looking at a social media site when an advert appeared for an accupressure mat - it was a branded make, and out of curiosity I followed the link which took me to their website. Although I was interested, the mat was quite expensive, and I wasn't sure how effective it would be. I also know that many companies that advertise on this particular platform either dropship items, or sell them at inflated prices. I did a quick search on 'accupressure mat' on Amazon, and found the LyfeFocus mat and pillow set - there were others available, but this look the best from the images and had the best reviews. Order placed, it arrived the same day at around 9pm. As is often the way, I'd not mentioned to the wife that I'd bought something, so she was curious when it arrived, and upon opening she was quite horrified at the prospect of laying on thousands of tiny, quite sharp spikes. My wife gets chronic back pain, and I get mild discomfort occasionally (mainly through exercise), but also focus on my wellness. Before I tried it, I checked the product - it was well made, with a cushion embedded in the mat, and hundreds of tiny black disks with little spikes on. The pillow was also well padded, and it came with a nice bag and information leaflet. Laying the mat out on the floor, my wife challenged me to try it straight away. Now, the information leaflet states the following... 0-2 mins - Feel slightly uncomfortable and prickly 2-6 mins - Feels warm, almost sunburnt 6-10 mins - A tingly effect, similar to deep heat 10-15 mins - Feel good hormones released 15+ mins - Muscles start to feel relaxed, and aches, pains and tension released. It also recommends wearing a thin t-shirt when first using the mat, which I did, but couldn't feel much from it at all. I took my t-shirt off, and laid back... and they were certainly right about the first couple of minutes!! I didn't actually last 2 minutes the first time... It felt really uncomfortable so ended up putting my t-shirt back on, and then laid there for some time not really feeling the benefit. Undeterred, I tried again next morning in my home office - bravely removing my t-shirt and more determined, I got past the first 2 minutes with some discomfort, but then yes, the heat started to radiate and I actually felt relaxed. About 5 minutes later, I felt so chilled out I was really enjoying the sensation, and I lasted about 15 minutes. I tried again later that day, and lasted about 20 minutes, and the next day I achieved the maximum recommended 30 minutes, and felt amazing afterwards! I have had this for about a week now, and I'm regularly using it twice a day (occasionally a brief session after sitting in front of the computer screen for some time too!), and would highly recommend it. I have yet to convince my wife - she is struggling to get past the discomfort stage, but I'm sure we'll get there :)

Nowhere near as painful as expected
I experience mild discomfort lying on this. I have used it twice now and for 25 minutes on the last go. I don’t move from pain to warmth to deep relaxation as the description led me to believe…. What am I doing wrong?! I can feel the spikes, and the discomfort level does decrease a bit (unless you move) but I feel like my skin is more stingy once I get off the mat. Still, I’m hoping I’m going to get a good nights sleep. We shall see! Will persevere :-)

Acupressure Mat + Pillow incl bag
One of these was recommended by my Sports Massage guy and they really help reduce tension especially for me in the neck and shoulders. 5 mins a few times a week helps considerably
