Good for Cooler Work
At my job I mainly throw produce freight which entails picking up a lot of boxes/totes that have a decent amount of weight to them. A lot of my work is done in a refrigerated cooler that temps around 40F. The main reason I wanted a pair of gloves was to prevent my hands from getting so beat up and for me to be able to work without having to worry about hurting my hands by knocking them into things or something similar. With only light insulation, my hands still are able to keep fairly warm even when just starting out the day. The insulation does come at a slight cost of dexterity, but for things like throwing cooler freight not much dexterity is required. I opt to remove the gloves when I exit the cooler to throw dry freight as my hands quickly warm up and get unpleasantly sweaty. The gloves also provide decent grip as they allow for me to palm-grasp some items with which would normally be difficult. I did not buy these expecting for them to be waterproof but they are actually somewhat, albeit not entirely, resistant to water absorption which is useful for handling iced or wet items such as broccoli or lettuce boxes. The gloves themselves are of good quality as I have used them at my full-time job for around 30 days without any signs of significant wear other than minor thread loss at the seams at the base of the gloves. If your hands are between medium and large sizes, I would recommend the smaller size. After using both sizes I prefer them to be more snug to allow for more dexterity and responsiveness from my hands when handling objects. Overall I would recommend these gloves for someone who works in a cold environment; however, they likely are not suitable for sub-frozen temperatures over sustained periods of time and they are not completely waterproof. In my experience it is hard to justify their use for room temperature work as my hands do get uncomfortably sweaty due to the insulation. For room temperature work I would recommend a pair of non-insulated gloves with grips such as Ninja Flex's Nylon Shell gloves if one needs, which in a worst case scenario are also suitable for deep cooler work. The price is good considering their good durability.

My favorite cold weather work glove.
These work well. Good dexterity, keep hands warm, even when damp. Hang onto the fingers when removing the glove to keep from pulling the liner, but really not a big deal. I've wore these working winters outside in Michigan for years, and also use them hunting. I can feel the accu-trigger on the rifle. Get a few pair so when they do get damp, you have another to wear while drying them out.

Fitment
I ordered the extra large gloves. The fit was good for the palms but the fingers parts are too long. So I ordered the large gloves. The Palm fitment was very tight and again the finger part of the gloves are still too long.. the quality and the warmth of them are really nice. It's just that the finger part of the gloves are too long on both sizes.

Good sturdy gloves for working with refrigerated items.
Good sturdy gloves I use for working with refrigerated products in grocery stores. They are thick so insulated well and resist water which I like. However you lose a bit of feel when working with smaller, lighter items. Have used the gloves regularly for about a month now and pleased with them so far. Good value.

Great dexterity to comfort to warmth ratio.
These gloves are nothing revolutionary id say, but if you need dexterity and warmth id give these a try. I can easily pull any kind of screw or nail out of my tool belt, which alone is worth its weight in gold because these are also very comfortable and decently warm. The most comparable glove ive used to these is the Milwaukee cut level 1 insulated gloves, of which arent as comfortable and are worse when wet than these are. If these were cut resistant theyd be even better (unless theres a version i dont know about), they rip quite easily when catching on anything sharp. Good gloves for the price (ps- 2 count means 1 pair if youre buying the small)

Very nice except for fingers
I got the small gloves, they're very comfortable and kept my hands warm but the fingers are very long. I made sure they were pulled snuggly around my hands and fingers but when you start using them and leaves a bunch of the material at your finger tips Another update: I got these gloves for work, they kept my hands warm but when I started climbing they pretty much started sliding off of my hands, I was really glad I brought my old gloves along. It was raining and they did keep my hands dry. Just not a great work/climbing glove.

Gloves keep me dry and warm
I use these gloves at work in a grocery; in the dairy and frozen departments. Sometimes I am in the 41 degree cooler and I have to put up 100's of gallons of milk. I have found these gloves keep my fingers warm and the neoprene gives me good traction to grab cold, wet and slippery plastic containers. I have used other gloves and they have worn out within a couples of months but these are holding up very well. I wear XL, the neoprene coated palms and fingers with knit uppers and a warm, thick, knit lining are a very snug fit, but they do a good job of protecting my hands at work.

Decent for freezers
I work dairy and frozen at Walmart and these gloves are perfectly suited for handling refrigerated goods. So long as I'm handling milks, yogurts, cheeses, juices, or eggs, my hands remain perfectly warm. When I'm in the freezer, however, after handling a few dozen frozen boxes, it becomes fairly clear that the hands begin to chill. Although, I would say that it never becomes uncomfortable, and the dexterity the gloves provide is really quite impressive. Ultimately, they're good gloves, especially at this price. Can sorta use touch screens with them on, although you ought to probably just take them off. Dexterity is good but not incredible; they're decent for handling boxes, moving carts, pushing buttons, sorting items, etc. My biggest gripe with the gloves is that the interior quickly felt considerably less comfortable, in terms of the softness of the material and the fit to a lesser extent, over a period of a few weeks. Sometimes threads become exposed which you gotta cut off. Certainly not deal breakers and I would still recommend - so far as I've used them - these gloves to those of you who need some fridge/freezer work gloves.
