Best Modern Samovar
We have had several samovars over the years. A combination of our hard water and high usage (maybe average 8 hours per day) means that the normal life expectancy of a modern electric samovar is usually about 2 - 3 years for us. This time we wanted something with some better engineering since we use it so much, which led me to this product. No plastics - with boiling water and tea plastics tend to stain, this means after almost 2 years every time I clean the samovar it looks like new. Exhaust - because there is an exhaust to let steam escape, there is no pressure buildup. Other samovars I have had, if there is water around the lip where the teapot sits there is sometimes spitting of boiling water and can be noisy. None of that with this samovar. Glass teapot - also looks like new when cleaned after heavy, heavy use. Glass has knocked against granite countertops a few times and is very resilient. Simple and reliable - it has turned on and auto-off, works every time. We have a lot of house guests and the simple design has actually been a plus, we don't have to teach anyone how to use it - just push the button! Customer service - The spigot began to leak and I emailed SAKI support asking how I could clean it as residue likely built up. They answered me on a Sunday within minutes and offered to send a new spigot at no charge after the warranty period expired. I never asked for it, it was offered up front. This gives me peace of mind that the company is actually standing behind their product. Excellent customer service.

The Glass Teapot
I recently purchased the Electric Samovar, and while I was excited about the product's features and the potential for a delightful tea experience, I was deeply disappointed to discover the material of the teapot included with it. The description led me to believe that it would either be stainless steel or at least porcelain, both of which I find more suitable for hot beverages. Upon opening the package, I was surprised to see that the teapot was made of glass. While glass can be aesthetically pleasing, I have concerns about its fragility and heat retention compared to metal or porcelain. I had hoped for a more durable and heat-efficient option that would maintain the temperature of my tea for longer periods and provide peace of mind regarding potential breakage. Moreover, the design of the teapot was not what I expected. The wide open nose makes the teapot look somewhat unconventional and awkward. This design choice does not seem practical for pouring and gives it a rather peculiar appearance, which further detracted from my overall impression of the product. Given my preferences and expectations for a high-quality tea-making experience, I ultimately made the decision to return the product. I believe a stainless steel or porcelain teapot would greatly enhance the overall functionality and appeal of the Electric Samovar. It’s a shame, as I was looking forward to using this item. I hope the company considers these materials and design aspects in future versions, as they would certainly elevate the product's quality. Overall, I felt let down by what could have been a fantastic addition to my kitchen, and I encourage potential customers to keep this in mind when making their decision.

Elegant Design, Excellent Performance, and Top-Notch Customer Service
As a Persian tea lover who drinks tea daily, I've used many samovars in my life—and the SAKI electric samovar stands out among the best. The design is absolutely beautiful, with a sleek, modern look. The samovar boils water quickly, features a clear LCD temperature display, and even beeps when the water reaches boiling point. The glowing red ring light at the base adds a very elegant touch. The glass kettle is high quality and perfect for brewing tea. What truly sets this product apart is SAKI’s exceptional customer service. When I had an issue, they quickly reviewed a short video I sent and immediately sent me a brand-new replacement samovar and kettle—no hassle. The experience was as smooth and professional as dealing with Apple’s customer care. If you're in the market for an electric kettle or samovar, I highly recommend SAKI. Just choose the right size based on how much tea you enjoy each day. A fantastic product from a customer-first company.

The best samovar in USA
Trust me I searched a lot. You can’t get a samovar in the USA that can boil the water quickly and maintain the temperature. And I suppose it’s because samovars in the USA are imported and are of appliances that are designed to work with 220v AC, not 110v, as a result they run half the power and so is their disappointing performance. But this one is clear that is designed to work with 110v for the US. And the is really really well made. The steal is thick and paint is perfect and it boils the water so quickly and maintains it at 95 degree for 3 hours. The operation is very simple. Only one switch to turn it on or off. And when it’s turned on it first boils the water to 100 degree, and beeps and then maintain the temp at 95. It’s personal and perhaps unnecessary for many, and it may deviate the design from its minimalist design philosophy, but I wish I would get the option for 2 or 3 additional temperature programs, and that’s to save electricity. I haven’t measured the amps and am not sure how much electricity it uses yet. It also has very practical visual about being off or on from distance, and when on it adds very nice ambient red light to the table top. Another very nice design touch. I have been using it for 2 month with no issue. I am giving it 4 star because of the lack of additional temperature programs. I wish I could give it 4.5 but it’s not an option at Amazon. If you’re looking for a samovar in the US or perhaps anywhere else, don’t think twice.
