The inverter powered on and looked good. Plugged in a light to test and nothing. Tried other plug in and still nothing. Opened front panel and found AC wire was never soldered to post.

I purchased this inverter for a small off grid cabin solar system with two 100 AH lithium ion batteries. My voltage meter reads 14.22 V on batteries directly and at Inverter. Inverter will NOT turn on and I am getting “EAA” code on control panel. When I try to turn it on from the inverter itself the inverter screen lights up, but there is no text.I reached out to Eco-Worthy over a week ago and have not heard back. I’m very disappointed.As of right now, I recommend against purchasing this inverter.

I needed an inverter for my rv. Had no plans to use it to run the air conditioner so 2000 watts was enough. I’ve purchased several other brands and sizes over the past few years, this was the first one that came with battery cables of appropriate gauge and even came with a ANL fuse which never happened before. The real bonus is the remote power control displays the information you need when using an inverter you’re going to mount out of the way. Hardwire is also superior to the best 20amp 110v plug. Like the system in my work truck, I used an automatic dual source transfer switch for shore power/inverter connection to the power center. I can power everything in my rv (less A/C) simultaneously without any problems during the day using 2- 270watt panels and 2-100ah AGM batteries. I found it to be very quiet even when under heavy loads, unlike the 2000watt unit in my truck under medium loads. Running the microwave ovens in either made 2000watts mandatory. Another great product sold by eco-worthy. I will purchase again for my truck.

I'm building an off grid solar system for my garage. It's been up and running for a month now and the inverter has been flawless. I'm a bit sad about the 85% efficiency, but really, what more can you ask at this price. I'd buy another without hesitation.

Don’t waste your time buying Chinese inverter or anything related there customer service is just not good I been trying to reach out to this company for almost 3 weeks to see if they can help me determine what’s the issue with the screen and I been pass person to person via email and nothing has happen I’m very upset with this, not only for having a defective unit but also the lack of communication fr the company I’m just going to call it lost and buy a known brand inverter please don’t waste your time!

This 2000V pure sine wave inverter works great! I love the external display panel as well, it was a perfect set for my city bus converted to RV. It does a great job!!

This inverter does exactly what I needed it to do. I have solar powering my shed and I needed to step up to run a shop vac in there. I gave 2 stars on the remote monitor because from time to time it only shows zero's. I have to turn it off and turn in back on to get it to work. Also the green light is too bright, I put electrical tape over it as it blinds you as you try to look at the monitor.

I have minor issues with the remote. The seller responded to me. And is sending to me replacement part. Good service.
