I purchased this chair to use with an height adjustable desk. The parts came well packaged and protected and extra screws are provided. The instruction manual gives step by step instruction that is easy to follow. The chair features multiple ergonomic designs including supports for neck, back, lumbar, hip and leg so it is very comfortable to sit on it. It has a breathable leather surface and an overall high end quality. The tilt adjustment and recline with rocking function makes this chair attractive and unique. I recommend this chair for daily work and gaming.

First of all, it’s incredibly comfortable, the cushion is perfectly balanced between soft and firm, so even after sitting for long hours, I don’t feel tired. The biggest surprise was the lumbar support, it’s exceptionally well-designed and fits the natural curve of the lower back perfectly. It feels like my back is fully supported the moment I sit down.Assembly was also unexpectedly easy. The instructions were clear, and I managed to put it together by myself in just about 20 mins. The wheels glide smoothly and quietly, making it effortless to move the chair around without any noise or resistance.The packaging was very secure, and the chair arrived without a single scratch or dent. Comfortable and has good lumbar support.

It took me 15 minutes to organize it. The chair is comfortable and supportive for long workdays. The adjustable height and lumbar support me perfectly and the breathable mesh keep me cool. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. Great value for the price. Highly recommend for home and office use.

I'm 315lbs and spend a lot of time in my computer chair- for transparency.Within a couple months, the chair started reeeeally making noises when I move, and the QR code that was supposed to be linked to warranty information just sent me to the instruction video to put it together. It was a comfortable chair at first, but it seems to be breaking down really quickly, and it's no longer comfortable without a pillow for cushioning, which is unfortunate because it's a pricey seat- or it's the most expensive chair I've been able to get in my life, I just expected more comfort and durability, especially considering it's for Big and Tall and I'm well within the advertised weight. Putting it together was easy until it was near impossible to do on my own (I wouldn't recommend it if you are older and without someone who can assist in the last half of putting this together).It suits me for now, but I'd never buy this chair again.

I just got it. I just put it together. I am not happy with this purchase.It doesn't do what the picture says, or implies, that the lock works to lock in a reclining position. It doesn't. It's a nice chair, but very, very disappointing. In short, it's the same functionality as my old chair.I specifically wanted a chair that would lock in some sort of recline, slight, mid, or way back. I get none. It's a rocking chair; my old chair did that. This is a case of, what was called in the olden days, false advertising. At the very least, it's misleading advertising. Additionally, the back does not recline independently of the seat bottom, which would have been nice; both are bolted and locked together by way of the arms.Those arms don't adjust up and down, just up and away. If you like to adjust your arms to your mouse pad height without sacrificing the height between your lap and the keyboard, you might not get it close enough to be as comfortable as you would if the arms adjusted up and down.This is not a high back chair. There is no head rest. My head has to tilt back to kind of rest on top. I'm 5'10, not that tall, so i'd think it would at least be tall enough for my head, but... nope. This isn't a tall person's chair, as far as i'm concerned. I'm somewhat tall, but not extreme. Not comfortable at the shoulders; the chairback wants to push my shoulders uncomfortably forward. That portion of the chairback needs to be taller, above my shoulders to be comfortable to me, which would allow my neck to have support.Good support, though, at the small of my back. My butt sits comfortably back in the chair so that my lumbar are nicely supported and the seat form is sufficient to keep me back in the chair, not constantly sliding forward. I do not have to rock back to stay back in the seat. A good quality - thus, two stars.A nice feature is the arms fold up and out of the way, so getting out on either side is easier-ish.The casters are good in that they roll on carpet easier than my old chair. I'm not battling carpet pile while trying to back away from the desk. Color is an okay milk coffee brown, lighter than i thought it would be. Not a problem. My office is a hodgepodge of different , brown-colored items, so it fits right in.We will see how well the seat bottom holds up to my weight and sitting habits, but day one seems pretty firm, pretty comfortable. Is it ergonomic, supportive? Pretty much, though we need to revisit in a couple months.PU Leather is plastic, wannabe leather, not leather, no matter how bad they want you to think it's similar to or a reasonable replacement for leather. I cannot imagine that plastic is going to breathe, or be more comfortable in the summer when it's hot and humid, but we'll see. It has pretty white on brown single stitching for decoration, in addition to the structural stitching, and all the stitching looks solid. It's a pretty chair. But its plastic.This is what i get for not paying top dollar for a home office investment. Two stars firm. This is a no frills, standard office chair that does what about 95% of all office chairs that i have every used do. Had i known that this office chair does not perform the service that i was expecting, i would not have purchased this chair. Were this chair half the price and had the advertising been more truthful, i still wouldn't have purchased this chair. Am i PO'd about it?? Yeah. I am. But since it's in better shape than my old chair, it's together and adequately functional, and begrudgingly paid for, i'll keep and use it.
