4pcs 50kg Load Cell Half Bridge Strain Gauge Human Body Scale Weight Sensor + 1pcs HX711 Amplifier AD Module for Arduino

I've ordered a bunch of these now, and they all work. I've got them hooked up to a wireless board that is connected to Home Assistant so I know how much beer I have left in my kegs.

Not sure how stable it is over temp and time but will all four of these in a wheatstone bridge configuration I'm getting +/-1g accuracy at 370g with a max load limit of 200kg.

The tiny wires can be difficult to work with. Too small for my wire strippers. I recommend sticking the wires into Dupont jumper wires or a solder less breadboard for easier connection to the HX711 board

These load cells are really simple to use with the included HX711 module and gave a relatively accurate reading for my project. Super reasonable price too! Would definitely recommend!

The load cells are scary impressive for how cheap they are!However... Whomever made this breakout board for the HX711 clearly didn't anticipate the load cells to be connected in the way that's recommended.What I immediately noticed, when reading the values from my HX711, was that my scale readings slowly climbed over numerous minutes. After an hour of drawing the circuit and perusing their schematic... Resistor 8 on their board needs to be shorted to use this in a Wheatstone bridge configuration. That resistor allows a capacitor to build charge, and that leads to an increased voltage delta across the bridge that is causing the scale value to creep up. I ended up purchasing a separate HX711 board, and sure enough there's no drift.TL; DR... Buy a different kit, but know that the load cells are good!
