When I sent it for service, it was returned in an even worse state! The service engineers, clearly lacking technical expertise, damaged the power bank while opening its cover. Instead of taking responsibility, Ambrane first blamed the transit, then had the audacity to pin the fault on me, the customer. This level of unethical behavior is appalling and unacceptable.To add insult to injury, the customer service team was uncooperative and dismissive of my concerns. They provided no resolution, no accountability—only excuses.
